Job summary

PACCAR is seeking a Plant HR Manager for the Dynacraft McKinney facility. You will lead HR strategy, workforce planning, and employee-relations initiatives for hourly and salaried staff, guiding a 4-5 person HR team and partnering with plant leadership to drive engagement and operational effectiveness.

The role emphasizes compliance, performance management, and organizational development in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in HR Management (manufacturing preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, performance management, coaching, and employee development practices.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant employee relations activities and workplace investigations.
• Coach and develop a team of 4-5 HR professionals.
• Serve as the primary HR business partner for plant leadership.
• Support workforce planning, staffing, onboarding, and talent development initiatives.
• Administer performance management and corrective action processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Lead employee engagement programs and communication initiatives.
• Analyze workforce metrics and recommend improvement strategies.
• Support compensation, organizational changes, and succession planning activities.
• Partner with leaders on organizational effectiveness and employee development.
• Support leave administration, accommodations, and return-to-work activities.
• Drive continuous improvement within HR systems, processes, and service delivery.
