Peppertree Ocean Club in Myrtle Beach, SC seeks an Evening Maintenance Technician I to maintain units, buildings, pools, and common areas, respond to guest needs, and complete preventative maintenance projects.

Qualifications include 2–4 years in maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, and CPO/EPA certification (or willingness to obtain). The role supports a dynamic resort environment with day/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• CPO and EPA Certification (or willing to obtain).
• 2–4 years of prior maintenance experience in a general maintenance position or equivalent technical training.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance in guest units, buildings, pools, and common areas as assigned.
• Repairs and installs appliances as needed with minimal supervision.
• Repairs and troubleshoots plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry issues.
• Inspects and performs preventative maintenance to minimize guest impact.
• Maintains pool areas, balances water conditions, and cleans pool decks.
• Assists in grounds maintenance and weather preparation tasks.
• Ensures timely completion of daily assignments and coordinates with front desk.
