Trinity Health Ann Arbor is seeking a Nursing Unit Support under the direction of the Nurse Manager to assist patients, visitors and colleagues on assigned units. You will help with admissions, discharges and transfers and support smooth patient flow across care areas.

• Experience: Three to six months previous related experience.
• Preferred Customer Service, Retail, Clerical Experience

Responsibilities

• Provide support for patients, visitors and colleagues on assigned nursing units.
• Facilitate efficient patient throughput including admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Support patient experience and culture of safety goals through equipment maintenance, unit supplies, unit appearance and overall environment of care.
• Provide reception type services to patients, families, visitors and other unit guests.
