Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, or 2 years of related experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform clerical and patient care support tasks.

Responsibilities

• Performs clerical duties and supports admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Receives supplies, manages store room and requisitions as scheduled.
• Contacts physicians and health care team to coordinate patient care.
• Greets arrivals and acts as receptionist to maintain a safe nursing station.
• Ensures patient identification and charts are accurate.
• Places calls and delivers messages; supports patient comfort and transport.
