Qualifications

• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, common areas, parking, and perimeters; report observations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; maintain accurate incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with residents, personnel, visitors, and responders to foster a welcoming environment.
