Job summary

The Lodge at Whitefish Lake is hiring a Turn down Service Attendant to prepare guest rooms for the evening and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. You will refresh rooms, change linens, tidy amenities, and report maintenance issues while protecting guest privacy.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and professionalism.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift and perform physical work.

Responsibilities

• Turn down service in assigned rooms according to hotel standards.
• Refresh rooms by making bed, refreshing towels and amenities, and emptying trash.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain guest privacy and security.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to requests.
• Assist in other housekeeping duties when turndown volume is low.
