Job summary

The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, Averill Hospitality Resort, is seeking an Overnight Houseperson to join the Housekeeping Team in Whitefish, MT. You will maintain clean common areas, restock restrooms, and deliver amenities, with a focus on upscale hospitality standards.

Position offers full-time hours, competitive pay of $23-$25 per hour depending on experience, and benefits including discounts on rooms and spa, restaurant, and retail services across Averill Hospitality properties.

Qualifications

• Operate housekeeping equipment such as vacuums and mops.
• Adhere to Averill Hospitality policies and ensure staff compliance.
• Maintain positive relations with the community and area vendors.
• Balance team and individual responsibilities while staying open to feedback.
• Provide prompt guest service and maintain professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning in public areas and back-of-house spaces.
• Restock and clean restrooms; deliver amenities via radio.
• Report maintenance issues to Front Office for work orders.
• Clean the Spa each evening after closure.
• Assist with Daily Housekeeping for in-house guests.
• Follow departmental policies, safety and sanitation rules.
• Support other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
