Hotel Emma is seeking energetic, service-driven candidates for the Turn Down Attendant role. The primary duties include cleaning rooms and hotel areas in the evenings, delivering items to guest rooms, and maintaining cleanliness across corridors, lobbies, and other spaces.

Candidates should have at least six months of related hotel room attendant experience, strong communication skills, and a professional appearance in line with Hotel Emma culture.

Qualifications

• Effective communication with guests and co-workers is required.

• Minimum six months related experience as a hotel Room Attendant.
• Flexible schedule for PM shift, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides turn down service and refreshes guestrooms in the evenings.
• Delivers items to guest rooms and other areas of the hotel.
• Cleans rooms, halls, lobbies, and common areas.
• Replenishes room supplies and maintains cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Performs related duties as required.
