Hotel Emma is seeking a Turn Down Attendant to service guestrooms and public areas in the evenings. The role includes replenishing supplies, delivering items, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment throughout the hotel in San Antonio, TX.

Qualified candidates will have at least six months of related room attendant experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work PM shifts, weekends, and holidays. This is a regular full-time position within a hospitality-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Provides turn down service, refreshes the guestrooms in the evenings.
• Delivers items to guest rooms and other areas of the hotel.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, fitness center, pool deck, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, associate break room, and locker rooms as well as other work areas.
• Replenishes room supplies, such as drinking glasses, note pads, pens.
• Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies, using vacuum cleaner.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Washes walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties and washes wastebaskets.
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Abides by the regulations set forth by the material safety data sheets when using chemicals.
• Reports to work for scheduled shift, on time and in uniform in accordance with company policy.
• Knows and complies with all company policies and procedures pertaining to this position and its duties.
• Takes the initiative to greet guests and fellow Associates in a friendly and warm manner.
• Performs other related duties as required.
