Job summary

North End Teleservices LLC seeks a Transportation Coordinator to lead the PM shuttle operation and serve as the primary after-hours contact. You will ensure drivers, riders, and vehicles are supported, handling inquiries and coordinating route changes as needed.

You will monitor timekeeping, address issues, perform end-of-shift checks, and help maintain safe, reliable transportation for clients during the evening shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership, supervisory, or dispatch roles preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay calm and make decisions during transportation issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support PM transportation operations and drivers.
• Monitor and record timekeeping.
• Address rider delays and route issues.
• Coordinate vehicle end-of-shift procedures.
• Provide evening leadership 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM and handoffs to Transportation Manager.
