Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing food items using recipes for all meals (breakfast, lunch, receptions, dinner).
• Monitor foods while cooking to maintain temperatures and timing.
• Transport food to serving areas and replenish items as required.
• Perform routine sanitation and safety functions in work areas and equipment.
• May assist in training food service workers and students.
• Other duties as assigned during slow periods or breaks.
