Sanford Health’s My Sanford Nurse call center provides telehealth services, triage, education, and care coordination to support access to timely care. This role uses nursing protocols and clinical judgment to assess symptoms, provide recommendations, and collaborate with providers.

The position requires RN licensure, a BSN preferred, and ongoing certifications such as BLS/ACLS/PALS. Evening shifts with occasional overnights are typical, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred, including AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• RN license in the state of practice and multi-state licensure if applicable.
• State licensure required where patients reside; additional licensure within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth services including telephone triage, patient education, and care coordination.
• Document health information accurately in the EMR and follow established protocols.
• Assess patient needs and direct to the appropriate level of care with clear communication to providers.
