Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Telehealth Registered Nurse for the My Sanford Nurse Call Center in the United States. You will perform nurse triage, educate patients, and coordinate care by phone, guiding patients to appropriate levels of care using established protocols.

The role requires 3+ years of nursing experience, strong assessment and decision-making abilities, and proficiency with EMR documentation. Flexible evening shifts with some overnights, generous benefits, and a $10,000 sign-on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred or higher.
• Active RN license in relevant state and ability to obtain required licensure in other states as needed.
• Experience in telephone triage, patient education, and care coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth nursing services, including triage, education, and care referrals.
• Assess caller needs, use nursing protocols, and document interactions accurately.
