Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of a nationally accredited educational program for Surgical Technologists or completion of an appropriate training program for Surgical Technology in the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, or Public Health Service Commissioned Corps.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Scrub for and assist in various types of surgical procedures and provide necessary instrumentation, supplies and equipment for operations.
• Assist in nursing care activities under the direction of the Registered Nurse.

Education
