Qualifications

• Graduate of a Surgical Technologist Program.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• National Board of Surgical Technology & Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or NCCT certification as Surgical Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative patient care as first scrub in assigned areas.
• Prepare supplies/equipment and ensure asepsis.
• Support case readiness and case flow for efficient operations.
• Uphold safety, policies, and quality standards.
• Serve as preceptor/mentor for less experienced staff.
