Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System in Cypress, TX seeks a Certified Surgical Tech specialized in Endoscopy. This full-time role runs 6:30am-3pm, Monday–Friday, with call. 1+ year of Surgical Tech experience is preferred; Endoscopy experience is a plus.

BLS certification is required. You will provide proficient perioperative care under RN supervision, ensuring asepsis, instrument readiness, and smooth case flow in a busy Endoscopy setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Surgical Technologist program with NBSTSA or NCCT certification preferred.
• BLS certification required; Endoscopy experience is a plus.
• 1+ year of Surgical Tech experience preferred; new grads considered with relevant training.

Responsibilities

• Provide proficient perioperative patient care and assist in operative and invasive procedures.
• Act as scrub assistant under RN supervision and ensure asepsis and instrument readiness.
• Verify supplies and equipment, facilitate case flow, and maintain safety standards.
• Support professional growth and mentor less experienced staff where needed.
• Contribute to compassionate, personalized care experiences for all patients.
