Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide proficient perioperative patient care as scrub assistant for operative procedures.
• Assist the physician during operative/invasive procedures under RN direction.
• Verify supplies and equipment, maintain asepsis and patient safety in the OR.
• Support case readiness and unit flow to optimize department operations.
• Demonstrate professional development and act as a resource to junior staff.
• Provide compassionate, personalized care per Memorial Hermann service standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
