Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center is seeking a part-time Scheduling Specialist to manage patient visits, including new and follow-up appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling, as well as coordinating pre-operative and diagnostic tests and procedures for the assigned area.

This evening-shift role offers a $2.00/hour shift differential, requires a high school diploma and at least one year of experience; familiarity with scheduling and billing systems and knowledge of insurance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year experience required.
• Knowledge of scheduling and/or billing systems preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance carriers preferred.
