Job summary

3PL Hub Inc. in Flint, MI is hiring a Supply Chain Ops Specialist to join our SCS solutions team. The role focuses on specialized operational functions for assigned work groups within the logistics operation, including troubleshooting, reporting, and training new hires.

Expected schedule is Monday-Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with rotating weekends. Salary ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 per year plus benefits. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in logistics/warehouse role.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily/shift goals and plans.
• Assist with and train hourly staff.
• Lead training and assess understanding of policies and procedures.
• Make decisions for location activities including demand planning and supplier calls.
• Support development of system and process training.
• Identify and solve operational issues with continuous improvement/LEAN.
