Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year or more administrative experience preferred.
• Five years or more relevant experience strongly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Follow-up all purchased parts to ensure shipment and on-time delivery.
• Serve as main point of contact for all suppliers and manage ship schedules.
• Track critical parts and containment plans to prevent interruptions.
• Coordinate alternative sources of material and spot buys.
• Monitor truck loads and ensure material coverage at lowest cost.
• Review part buffers to cover build requirements.
• Document and manage S and AV code exceptions.
• MGO data maintenance and inventory adjustments.
