Job summary

Essentia Health in Duluth, MN is seeking a Supervisor to lead our Supply Chain and Logistics teams, ensuring inventory needs are met at the Duluth campus. You will oversee day-to-day operations, planning, and staff coaching to drive operational excellence and adherence to policies.

You will hire and supervise staff, coordinate with vendors and clinical teams, and promote continuous improvement. The shift runs 4:00 PM–1:00 AM with evening rotation, as needed weekends, and a call obligation.

Qualifications

• Oversees day-to-day operations, planning and oversight of supply chain tasks.
• Provides supervision including hiring, coaching, and training for staff.
• Guides policy and procedure revisions and improves operations.
