Job summary

Allina Health in Minnesota seeks a Supply Chain Manager to lead the St Francis Materials Mgmt team, overseeing budget, inventory management, and strategy. You will drive performance, staff development, and continuous improvement in a 1.0 FTE role with 8-hour day shifts and occasional weekends.

You will manage procurement, planning, and analytics, while ensuring compliance, implementing process improvements, and supporting hospital operations with a focus on resiliency and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of inventory management experience including operations and use of an inventory management technology system
• 3 to 7 years of leadership experience preferably in a union environment
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, information technology or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Leadership and oversight of day-to-day activities and daily supply chain operations
• Oversee budgets, financial targets, and staffing models
• Manage inventory via ERP tools and automated ordering systems
• Use analytics to make strategic decisions on demand planning and inventory flow
• Develop and maintain departmental policies, recalls, vendor management, and KPI tracking
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency
