Responsibilities

• Oversee evening program operations to ensure a safe, welcoming learning environment.
• Lead student assemblies and announcements; respond to concerns.
• Hire, onboard, and supervise evening program staff and volunteers.
• Maintain transportation routes and coordinate transportation needs.
• Proctor testing and assist with data collection for grants.
• Coordinate volunteer orientation and ongoing support.
• Support student goal setting and transitions beyond the program.
• Develop workshops on resume writing, job search, and career planning.
