Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least six months of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide bilingual frontline support to students navigating enrollment and access to SAA services.
• Assist with student intake, account creation, placement testing and appointment scheduling.
• Support enrollment for high school completion, basic education and English language learning programs by reviewing records and assisting with course placement.
• Triage student concerns and refer to appropriate services across academic, financial and personal support areas.
• Coordinate with staff to support outreach, events, scheduling and communications to improve engagement and retention.
