Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service.
• Act as Manager on Duty during evening hours in the absence of Store Manager.
• Ensure departments are staffed and operating efficiently in the evening.
• Ensure teammates are on task and closing procedures are followed.
• Address and resolve customer concerns and operational disruptions promptly.
• Monitor store conditions; keep floors clean, safe, and fully stocked.
• Enforce safety and sanitation standards and health regulations.
• Support in-store promotions and merchandising resets.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders and evening teammates to maintain appearance.
• Ensure dress code, timekeeping, and company policies are followed.
• Control shrink by following loss prevention guidelines.
• Utilize store systems to manage workflows and communicate with leadership.
