Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and efficient customer service during evening hours.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when Store Manager or Co-Manager is absent.
• Ensure departments are adequately staffed and running smoothly in the evening.
• Oversee closing procedures and ensure proper timekeeping and dress code.
• Address customer concerns, teammate issues, and disruptions promptly and professionally.
• Maintain clean, safe, and fully stocked sales floors; monitor store conditions.
• Enforce safety and sanitation standards per health regulations.
• Support in-store promotions, seasonal transitions, and merchandising resets.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders to maintain appearance and product availability.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and loss prevention guidelines.
• Utilize store systems to manage workflows and communicate with leadership.
