Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative during non-peak management hours.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Three years experience in a grocery or retail environment, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Familiarity with Golub Corp. operations, systems, and procedures.
• College coursework or degree in business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service, teammate performance, merchandising standards, store cleanliness, safety, and closing procedures.
• Act as Manager on Duty during evening hours in the absence of the Store Manager or Co-Manager.
• Ensure department staffing and efficient operation during the evening.
• Address and resolve customer and teammate issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain store appearance and product availability in collaboration with Team Leaders.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Support in-store promotions and seasonal merchandising resets.
• Utilize store systems and communicate with leadership.
