Responsibilities

• Manage store operations during the evening hours to impact associates, merchandise quality, presentation, and service.
• Apply company tools (MPP, financial reports, scheduling and business information systems) to run the store.
• Maintain effective work schedules to meet production and service standards.
• Address inventory shrink issues and protect store funds and assets.
• Train and develop grocery associates to meet department needs.
• Ensure adherence to all policies and confidentiality of store information.
