• Desire and ability to lead and manage associates throughout multiple departments.
• College degree or equivalent preferred.
• Must be accredited by a food safety authority as a Certified Food Safety Manager or achieve accreditation within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage retail operations during the evening hours and make decisions affecting store associates and customer service.
• Build associate and customer relations and promote Hannaford culture through store huddles and consistent use of tools.
• Ensure store conditions, appearance, security, safety and food safety are maintained at the highest level.
• Accountable for proper control of company assets.
