Job summary

Domino's Norfolk is seeking a Key Turner Closer to manage end-of-night operations and prepare the store for the morning shift. You will handle nightly inventory, place orders on designated days, and ensure all products are prepared to Domino's standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have valid U.S. employment authorization.
• Friendly demeanor and good teamwork.
• Organized with strong time management.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to respond to customer concerns.
• Must follow all store policies.
• Able to work as a team and respond to calls after the first ring.
• Downtime tasks include sweeping, mopping, and cleaning.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Closing Operations: Lead end-of-night procedures.
• Inventory & Ordering: Nightly inventory counts and place food orders on designated order days.
• Food Preparation: Prepare all Domino’s products according to Domino’s standards.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure freshness by identifying and properly disposing of expired products at the end of the day.
• Store Cleanliness: Thoroughly clean and sanitize the store to maintain high standards and ensure a smooth transition for the morning
