Responsibilities

• Closing Operations: Lead and manage the store's end-of-night procedures.
• Inventory & Ordering: Perform nightly inventory counts and place food orders on designated order days.
• Food Preparation: Prepare all Domino’s products according to Domino’s standards.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure freshness by identifying and properly disposing of expired products at the end of the day.
• Store Cleanliness: Thoroughly clean and sanitize the store to maintain high standards and ensure a smooth transition for the morning shift.
