Qualifications

• Active Ohio State tested nurse aide certification.
• Ability to lift, push, pull or move 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to relate to and work with the aging population with people-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with person-centered care including grooming, bathing, feeding and activities.
• Respond to call lights promptly and address needs verbally or in person.
• Maintain residents' functional abilities using prescribed restorative programs.
• Follow infection control policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Review and document plans of care in the electronic medical records system.
• Assist with day-to-day homemaking tasks and environmental cleaning.
