Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix is seeking a full-time dishwasher to support our busy kitchen operations. You will gather and wash dishes, maintain clean work areas, and help ensure health and safety standards are met.

Shifts run 4:30pm to 1:00am, nights, weekends, and holidays may be required. Applicants should have basic HS education and at least one year of experience; ServSafe certification is a plus, and Maricopa Food Handler’s Card may be required.

Formación

• High School graduate or equivalent, preferred.
• At least one year of prior work experience, required.
• Previous dishwasher experience, preferred.
• Hospitality experience, preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Gather pots and pans to wash in a three compartment sink or a pot machine, breakdown, spray, load, unload dishes, glassware and flatware.
• Maintain chemical detergents in all applicable equipment such as dish washers and dispensers.
• Wash baseboards, floor drains, hand sinks, tables and cutting boards; sweep and mop all floors and clean equipment.
• Dispose of trash and garbage, including potential biohazard cleanup.
• Maintain inventories of linen and remove soiled linen.
• Comply with Health Department, OSHA, Fire Department and company policies.
• Complete mandatory health and safety training as required.
