Pyramid Global Hospitality's Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix is seeking a Steward/Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and efficiency in our kitchen operations. Responsibilities include washing pots and glasses, loading staff, disposing of waste, and ensuring compliance with Health Department standards.

The full-time role requires availability nights, weekends, and holidays; shift 4:30pm–1am. Experience in hospitality and a Food Handler’s Card are preferred; ServSafe certification is a plus, and

• High School graduate or equivalent, preferred.
• At least one year of prior work experience, required.
• Previous dishwasher experience and hospitality experience preferred.
• Maricopa Food Handler’s Card; ServSafe Certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen, including floors and trash removal.
• Gather pots and pans and load/unload in the dish area.
• Maintain detergents and operate dish and pot washers.
• Dispose of trash, maintain linen inventories, clean equipment.
• Follow health and safety training and policies; work 4:30pm–1am shift.

Hotel Website, Instagram, FacebookWhat you will have an opportunity to do:As a Steward/Dishwasher, you will be responsible for washing dishes and general kitchen cleaning duties to include cleaning and mopping floors and trash removal.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSGather pots and pans to wash in a three (3) compartment sink or a pot machine; breakdown, spray, load, unload dishes, glassware and flatware as they arrive in the dish area, then return items to the appropriate storage locationMaintain chemical detergents in all applicable equipment such as dish washers, pot washers, and routine dispensers.Wash baseboards, floor drains, hand sinks, tables and cutting boards; sweep and mop all floors, wash all floor mats; clean kitchen equipment to include but not limited to dish machines, ice machines, pot machines, prep tables, hot boxes, refrigerators, etc.Separate, remove, and properly dispose of trash and garbage, including potential biohazard cleanup.Maintain inventories of linen and remove soiled linen.Comply with regulatory departments and with departmental and property policies and procedures, to include Health Department, OSHA, Fire Department, etc.Complete mandatory health and safety training as required by the company or regulatory entities.Perform other job-related duties as required by management.This is a full-time position, and you must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
