Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL seeks a Sterile Processing Technician for the Evenings shift. Job includes processing and sterilizing items, assembling surgical case carts, and ensuring quality patient care through accurate labeling and handling.

Requires GED and CBSPD or IAHCSMM certification preferred, with about two years of sterile processing or OR experience. 3:00pm–11:30pm shifts with rotating weekends/holidays, full/part-time positions available.

Qualifications

• GED or high school equivalency required.
• Certification CBSPD or IAHCSMM strongly preferred.
• Two years of sterile processing or OR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospital and affiliated facilities with sterile processed materials and equipment.
• Execute established procedures for decontamination, assembly and sterilization.
• Follow established procedures to ensure decontamination completion.
• Place sterile items in appropriate areas for distribution with accurate labeling by department.
