Qualifications

• Minimum of three months’ experience as a Sterile Processing Technician or similar role.
• Completion of a National Central Service Technician course preferred.
• Certification within 1 Year as a Registered Central Service Tech or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, assemble and distribute supplies for surgical cases.
• Clean, decontaminate and sterilize instruments and supplies.
• Operate sterilization equipment and maintain department equipment.

Skills

Basic computer skills including MS Office

Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communications

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
