Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Boiler operator license preferred or required.
• Experience in plant maintenance or facilities in hospital setting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains Central Energy Plant machinery to ensure comfort and stable utilities.
• Provides advanced technical support to plant personnel in troubleshooting and repairs.
• Maintains safety procedures and uses personal protective equipment.
• Operates emergency power systems and monitors equipment performance.
• Performs preventive maintenance and inspections per schedule.
• Reads and interprets mechanical/electrical plans and schematics.
