Embassy Suites by Hilton Noblesville Indianapolis Conference Center is seeking an Evening Station Cook to join our on-site kitchen team in Noblesville, IN. You will cook at assigned stations, follow recipes, and ensure quality and presentation for the restaurant, evening reception, and events.

The role requires standing for extended periods, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a commitment to guest satisfaction within a hotel setting.

Formación

• Experience cooking on line or station-based setups.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and standard kitchen procedures.
• Ability to follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and stock assigned stations (grills, sauté, banquet lines).
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency.
• Monitor food quality and presentation for the restaurant, evening reception, and events.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to sanitation standards.
• Assist with inventory and prep work for upcoming shifts.
