Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate/GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Clinical experience in a psychiatric setting preferred. 1–3 years’ experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing levels based on census fluctuations and pre-planned leaves.
• Manage shift master scheduling software system to ensure adequate coverage.
• Report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer and support the Nursing Management Team.
