Job summary

The Inn at Little Washington is seeking a PM Sous Chef to oversee all staff and activities on the savory evening shift, ensuring precise execution of the menu. You will lead the PM brigade, monitor production, and contribute to menu development and SOPs.

You will participate in menu and recipe development, maintain high standards for service, and train staff to achieve efficiency and accuracy across FOH and BOH operations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in culinary arts required.
• Minimum of 5 years professional cooking experience, preferably at a Michelin-level operation.
• Strong fundamentals in preparation, cooking, and classic technique.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dinner service and lead the PM brigade.
• Place and oversee product orders; ensure tasting and quality of dishes.
• Direct kitchen cleaning, organization, and mise en place.
• Assist in executing special events and menu development for PM operations.
• Provide ongoing training for PM staff and develop SOPs as needed.
