Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in varied kitchen positions including food preparation, line cook, fry cook, and expediter.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a kitchen team.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work well in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Clear and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead alongside line cooks to maintain consistency and oversee evening kitchen operations.
• Assist AM Sous Chef and Executive Chef with prep supervision, ordering, and receiving.
• Uphold highest standards of kitchen sanitation and cleanliness.
• Train staff in purchasing, receiving, preparation, quality standards, safety, and sanitation.
• Report to Executive Chef and coordinate weekend and evening shifts.
