Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking an Evening Hostperson for the Saint Augustine property to warmly greet guests, assist with evening socials, and ensure prompt, courteous service for an enjoyable experience.

The role requires at least one year of food and beverage experience, with preference for candidates familiar with chain outlets; security clearances may be required. The position is on-site with opportunities to advance to supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• One year experience in a food and beverage position.
• Experience with chain food and retail outlet preferred.
• Must pass appropriate security clearances as per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consistently maintain dining area and supplies in a guest-ready atmosphere.
• Prepare food for social/mix/manager’s reception, stock and maintain buffet.
• Serve beverages, including beer/wine, to guests during events.
• Close out shift by cleaning and restocking supplies for next day or shift.
• Maintain safety and security practices; know emergency procedures.
• Interact with guests to provide the highest quality product and service; respond to complaints as necessary.
• Ensure brand standard documentation is completed as required.
