Job summary

Wise Foods, Inc. is hiring a Process Operator for the 2nd shift (4pm-12am) with mandatory overtime. You will operate and adjust processing equipment to produce high-quality snacks while following GHP and GMP.

Responsibilities include line checks, overhauls, quality testing, and cross-department communication to ensure safe, efficient production. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, general education, and experience with manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Follow verbal and written instructions precisely.
• Maintain product quality and safety standards.
• Operate processing equipment and adjust settings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Check production schedules and direct product to correct line.
• Oversee changeovers on fryers for new cuts.
• Monitor salt, moisture, oil, and color readings for quality.
• Run samples on incoming potato loads and document results.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform minor maintenance.
• Communicate with departments to ensure smooth production.
