Job summary

CJ Logistics America in Matteson, IL is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely operate sit-down forklifts, handle loading, picking and storage, and support the full warehouse operation.

You will maintain accuracy in order fulfillment, perform outbound load audits, and help keep pallets organized across bays. The role offers competitive pay and benefits in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of forklift or warehouse experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs safely.
• Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklifts safely to move orders and support operations.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Assist with manual case picking when directed.
• Prepare and ship products with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits and fix label/count discrepancies.
• Replenish products in the correct bays to keep warehouse moving.
• Tackle other duties within training and expertise.
