Job summary

CJ Logistics America in Matteson, IL is hiring a warehouse associate to safely operate a sit-down forklift, move orders, and keep pallets flowing. You’ll load, unload, pick, and prep products for shipping with care and accuracy.

We require 6+ months forklift/warehouse experience, the ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and a team-oriented, reliable attitude. The role offers $20.28 per hour plus a $0.75 shift differential for third shift (Schedule 3A/3B), with benefits and growth opportunities.

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely.
• Battery/Propane safety training optional.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down forklift to move orders.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Assist with manual case picking when directed.
• Prepare and ship products with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits and count discrepancies.
• Replenish products in the right bays.
• Perform other duties as trained.
