Job summary

CJ Logistics America in Matteson, IL is seeking a Temporary Forklift Operator to Join our warehouse team. You will safely maneuver sit-down forklifts to load, unload, pick, and store pallets, ensuring orders move efficiently and accurately.

Requirements include 6+ months of forklift/warehouse experience and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Shifts include 7:30am–4:00pm; pay is $20.28/hr plus a $0.75 shift differential for A and B shifts.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience.
• Must have the physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently.
• Bonus points for Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Sit-down forklift to keep orders moving and customers happy.
• Master the loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets.
• Assist with manual case picking when directed.
• Prep and ship products with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies.
• Replenish products in the right bays to keep the warehouse moving.
