CJ Logistics America is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our Joliet, IL warehouse. You will safely operate stand-up forklifts to move, load, unload, pick, and store products while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. The role demands physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and a teamwork mindset.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of forklift or warehouse experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently.
• Bonus points for Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification.
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts to keep orders moving.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Assist with manual case picking when directed.
• Prep and ship products with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits and correct labels / discrepancies.
• Replenish products and keep warehouse organized.
