Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Forklift Operator to support operations in Matteson, IL. The role covers safe sit-down forklift operation, loading/unloading, picking, and shipping with careful attention to accuracy and inventory control.

The position requires at least 6 months of forklift/warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and a team-oriented, reliable attitude. Pay includes a base rate plus a shift differential, with a Fri–Sun schedule in a warehouse environment.

Pay Rate & Schedule

• Pay: $20.28 per hour + $1.50 per hour shift differential
• Schedule: Friday – Sunday, 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift to keep orders moving and customers satisfied.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Perform manual case picking when directed.
• Prepare products and ship with accuracy and care.
