Qualifications

• Forklift certification – preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise outbound shipment prep, staging, and loading.
• Verify shipping documents accuracy (BOLs, packing lists, labels).
• Ensure shipments meet quality, packaging, and safety requirements.
• Oversee unloading, inspection, and documentation of incoming materials.
• Coordinate with inventory, production, or quality on receiving issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels with cycle counts.
• Lead and schedule shipping & receiving team members.
• Implement Quality Management System per ISO 9001 and internal audits.
• Promote safety; enforce policies and provide training.
