Staffmark Group in Costa Mesa, CA is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Forklift Operator. You will process outbound shipments, inspect incoming goods, and maintain accurate warehouse records while working a Mon-Fri 2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m. shift with overtime as needed.

The role requires 1 year of sit-down forklift experience, basic computer skills, and familiarity with FedEx Ship Manager and UPS WorldShip. Competitive weekly pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sit-down forklift experience required.
• Experience with shipping and receiving processes preferred.
• Experience using FedEx Ship Manager and UPS WorldShip is a plus.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Process outbound shipments using FedEx and UPS shipping systems.
• Create shipping labels, packing slips, and shipping documentation.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Enter inventory information into warehouse systems.
• Maintain shipping and receiving records and documentation.
• Track shipments and assist with resolving delivery issues.
• Organize incoming materials and stage products for storage or distribution.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
• Operate a sit-down forklift, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
